Technology plays a huge role in our daily lives, both professionally and personally. While it offers many advantages, constant exposure to screens can make it difficult to properly switch off.

Taking even a short break from your phone, laptop or television each day can help reduce mental overload. In particular, avoiding screens for around 30 minutes before bed and first thing in the morning can help improve sleep patterns and create a calmer start and end to the day.
